Ministering to the missionaries and natives of the Sierra Madre

Our Mission

Our mission is to strengthen, continue, and grow the evangelistic efforts to the people of the Sierra Madre. We aim to proclaim the kingship of Jesus Christ through everyday evangelism, by providing means of employment and productive work to the local population, assisting in the planting of churches, and servicing the area with a small aircraft.

Our Family

My wife and I both come from large families. I currently fly airplanes for a FedEx feeder company, but Hannah and I both have a variety of interests we enjoy pursuing in our time off. Our daughter Priscilla arrived in late March, and we hope and pray that this is only the beginning of a large clan of Drzycimskis. Recently, God has called us to the ministry in Mexico. The skillset that God has given our family is acutely needed there to grow and continue the work already accomplished there.

Aviation

A significant amount of time missionaries have in this area is invested in traveling from one community to another, getting supplies, and meeting with political allies to build relationships and make things happen.

As a pilot for a FedEx subsidiary, it is my goal to bring an airplane with us when our family moves to Mexico. This will allow us to serve the community by providing medical evacuation flights and transportation solutions for missionaries.

My wife and I greatly enjoy singing Psalms and hymns to the traditional style—the style designed for congregational singing that has existed since the 1500s in Protestant Europe. Unfortunately, Spanish hymn resources are poor at best, and Psalms are nonexistent. It is our hope that we can help with this problem, and hopefully (when we get good enough at the Tarahumara language) we’ll do the same for the Native Americans in Mexico.

Our Partners

We are partnered with Mexico Medical Missions in a similar fashion that one might be partnered with a mission organization. They operate a hospital in the area that we will be living and working, and they will be an invaluable help as we get started on the mission field. Throughout the coming years, we will continue to work with them we provide transportation solutions in the Sierra Madre.

As an organizational member of Missionary Safety International, we have access to technical consultations and advice on our organizational structure and aircraft operations. These experienced folks are actively helping us stay alive on the mission field—an extremely demanding area in the field of aviation.
